What are your rates for home care in charlotte nc?

As all of the services we offer are personalized to your individual needs and wants.  The rate for home care in Charlotte NC will be determined during your free home assessment when we will work with you and your family to create a home care plan perfect for you.

How do we pay for this?

We accept payment through Self pay (cash, check, credit or debit cards, automatic draft and PayPal), Long Term Care Insurance, VA Benefits, Medicaid, CAP-D, CAP-C and EPSDT.  Please click on Payment Options and Resources to the right of the page for a more thorough explanation regarding home care services payment.

What kind of qualifications do your caregivers have?

One aspect of Comprehensive Home Care that sets us apart from other business that offer Home Care in Charlotte NC, is that all of our caregivers, even those providing companion services, are Certified Nursing Assistants in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.  Our caregivers are our employees, not contractors or temporary workers and each undergoes a background check, references check and health screening prior to hire. Additionally, all of our CNA’s have experience in home care and undergo additional training at the time they are hired.  Our Caregivers also undergo ongoing training and education.  We match our caregivers with our clients based on personality, as well as  the skill sets and training that best meets the client’s needs. Simply put, we hire the best people in Charlotte home care possible.

Will the caregiver always be the same?

Unless there is an illness or an emergency the caregiver providing your home care services will be the same person.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

We are licensed to provide home care in Charlotte NC by the state of North Carolina and are an approved provider for the Veteran’s Administration as well as Medicaid and CAP programs.

We are bonded and insured as are our caregivers; we also carry Workman’s Compensation and non owned auto insurance so our clients are not liable for injury or an accident in their vehicle.

What if I would like to change the schedule?

Life is full of change and we are flexible!  We do ask for at least 48 hour notice in a schedule change or cancellation of home care services.
